DO YOU ‘WANNA’ FIGHT!
Do you ever get in those bad moods, where you just want to fight with someone and not anyone in particular? You are just cranky and having a bad day. These moods can cause a lot of problems, that you do not even intent to create.

Well, I had one of those moods last week, and I started thinking about; if I have these days, then a lot of people have these days; and I was wondering what they do to snap themselves out of it. I wanna ask around and get your information on what you do to get out of you bad mood? It's just a Fun little exercise I want to do to see how other people deal with bad days. Lord knows we are not all perfect so please share with me.
When I am having a bad day I usually try to think of all the positive things that I have in my life. Jeff, Kenzee, Brody.A loving Family, The best friends ever, God to guide me in life to make the right choices and learn from the challenges I receive, My house, A job I enjoy. And the list goes on and on. I try hard every day to be optimistic about everything. If I did not everything would eat at me and I would just be a BIG mess.
